PlânguTech is an R&D software development company, with intellectual property in microscopy, hardware automation, digital investigations, with sights on monetization and expansion of it. It's currently in the process of being relocated to Spain.

Our products stand out for their simplicity, mathematical optimization, and rigorous quality. Our development process is inspired by high-stakes engineering methodologies, while maintaining a light, iterative approach.

History (1)

The company was founded in 2014 under the name of Shark Software in Prague, Czech Republic, and was focused on custom software development, some of it used by customers such as banks and fortune 500 companies.

History (2)

In 2016, it started R&D work for its own products. One such initiative lead to the co-founding of Caroda, which later became a strong player in the programmatic advertising technology market in CEE. It was sold in January 2025.

Services

We're currently not offering any development services to the general market as the main focus is R&D of our next products. We're however always open for a chat.
